Meeting Notes Auto-Filing AI Routine for Mac
Route each meeting's notes and action items to the right Slack channel, Jira tickets, and follow-up emails.
Who it's for
People who record meetings but never get around to filing the notes, creating the tickets, or sending the follow-ups.
What lands in your morning
An end-of-day routine that takes today's recorded meetings and routes everything to where it belongs: a summary to the right Slack channel, action items as Jira tickets, and follow-up emails drafted for you to approve.
The exact prompt
Paste this into a new routine.
Take the meetings I recorded today and file them where they belong. For each meeting, post a short summary to the most relevant Slack channel, turn the action items into Jira tickets with owners and due dates in the right project, and draft any follow-up emails to attendees that the meeting called for. Show me everything you plan to post, create, and send so I can approve before anything goes out.

FAQ
Questions about this recipe.
How is this different from the Meeting Notes recipe?
Meeting Notes writes up summaries and action items into your local history. Auto-Filing goes further: it routes that output to Slack, creates Jira tickets, and drafts follow-up emails, so the notes actually turn into action.
Does it post and create tickets without asking?
No. It proposes every Slack post, Jira ticket, and email and shows them to you first. Through the approval gate, nothing goes out until you click approve.
Where do the meeting notes come from?
From the meetings you record in Routines, transcribed locally with speaker separation. The routine reads those transcripts and summaries from local SQLite.
Are my recordings and tokens safe?
Yes. Transcripts stay in local SQLite and connector tokens are encrypted locally and refresh silently. The only thing that leaves your Mac is what you explicitly approve sending to Slack, Jira, or Gmail.
