People who run or attend a lot of meetings and never want to write up notes and action items by hand again.
What lands in your morning

Review the meetings I recorded today and write up follow-up notes for each. For every meeting give me a short summary, the key decisions, and a list of action items with owners and any due dates mentioned. Flag the action items that are mine so I know what I need to do before tomorrow.

FAQ
Questions about this recipe.
How does this recipe get my meeting content?
From the meetings you record in Routines. Recordings are transcribed with speaker separation and stored locally, and this routine summarizes them.
Do my recordings or transcripts leave my Mac?
No. Transcripts, summaries, and notes live in local SQLite. With the offline Whisper fallback, transcription can run fully on-device too.
Does Routines join my calls like a bot?
No. There is no meeting bot. Routines records locally with one click when a call starts, so nothing appears in the participant list.
Can it send the notes somewhere?
Yes. Extend the prompt to post the summary and action items to Slack, email, or Jira through your connectors after you approve.
