Those requests pass through getroutines.ai on the way to Anthropic, we never store the prompt or the answer, and the usage is drawn from your credit. If you would rather keep us out of the AI path, sign in with ChatGPT, connect Claude Code, or run on your own Anthropic or OpenRouter key: those requests go straight from your Mac to the provider, and we bill you nothing for AI.

Pro includes 50 hours of meeting transcription each month. Beyond that it is billed at €0.79/hour, up to a further 50 hours, so a month can never surprise you. On Free you can still record meetings using your own Deepgram key.
The Meetings plan is 9 euro per month, or 90 euro per year when you pay yearly. It includes managed meeting transcription with 10 hours each month, up to 10 active routines, and you can join Collections other people share with you. It has no overage: once the 10 hours are used, new recordings with managed transcription wait until your hours reset next month, and you can keep recording with your own Deepgram key. Pro adds unlimited routines and 50 hours. If you are on a team your company pays for, you have Pro through it and do not need the Meetings plan.
Yes. Billing runs through Polar, our merchant of record. Cancel in one click and you keep Pro until the end of the period.
Teams is billed per seat: 20 euro per seat per month, or 160 euro per seat per year when you pay yearly, which works out to 13.33 euro per seat per month. The minimum is 2 seats. Every seat adds 50 hours of managed transcription to one pool the whole team shares, so a heavy month for one person comes out of the same allowance. Teams starts with a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime.
