Those requests pass through getroutines.ai on the way to Anthropic, we never store the prompt or the answer, and the usage is drawn from your credit. If you would rather keep us out of the path, sign in with ChatGPT, connect Claude Code, or paste an Anthropic or OpenRouter key: those requests go straight from your Mac to the provider, and we bill you nothing for AI.

Every seat adds 50 hours of managed transcription to one pool the whole team shares, so a heavy month for one person comes out of the same allowance.
