Triage your inbox into reply, delegate, archive, and schedule, with draft replies ready.
Who it's for
People chasing inbox zero who want every message sorted into a clear action before they touch the keyboard.
What lands in your morning
A weekday triage of your inbox that sorts each message into reply, delegate, archive, or schedule, with draft replies waiting for the ones that need a response.
The exact prompt
Paste this into a new routine.
Triage my Gmail inbox to help me reach inbox zero. Sort every unread or recent message into one of four buckets: Reply now, Delegate, Schedule for later, or Archive. For each Reply-now message, draft a short reply in my voice that I can approve and send. For Delegate, suggest who it should go to. Put the time-sensitive items first and keep the whole thing scannable.

FAQ
Questions about this recipe.
How is this different from the Email Digest recipe?
The digest summarizes and ranks your mail. Triage assigns each message a concrete action, reply, delegate, schedule, or archive, and drafts the replies for the ones you need to answer.
Does it send replies or archive on its own?
No. It drafts replies and proposes actions. You approve and send from the app, so nothing leaves your inbox without your say-so.
Will the draft replies sound like me?
Yes, increasingly so. Routines can read your shared memory and identity files, so the drafts pick up your tone. Edit any draft before sending.
Does my email leave my Mac?
No. Gmail tokens are encrypted in local SQLite and the routine reads your mail directly through the running app. No BinarCode server sees your inbox.
